  1. Are you for pick up for delivery? If you are after delivery, please provide your postcode.
  2. As we are based in Victoria, our minimum requirement for orders from Victoria is $200. From Adelaide, Canberra, NSW is $500. From Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmanian, Queensland is $1000.
  3. If you receive an item with damage, please take pictures or videos and contact us as soon as possible (within 48 hours).
  4. After placing an order, we will send an invoice to your email address. Our invoice will only be valid in our system for 2 days. Please find all the bank transfer details on your invoice.

  6. Clearance items or artificial flowers cannot be returned or refunded.
  7. We are NOT able to accept returns for ‘change of mind’ purchases for items that have been opened and take out of original packaging, even if they have not been used at events.
  8. Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
  9. We cannot issue refunds for goods used or damaged by the returning customer or items going missing on return shipping.
